The Ekydi platform is hosted on Heroku infrastructure (and/or other providers depending on modules). Nuben LTD provides technical maintenance of the platform, servers and related services. Hosting, physical and software security are managed in accordance with industry best practices.

Purpose / Services

Ekydi provides a SaaS platform for schools and other organizations, enabling the management of extracurricular activities, registrations (canteen, courses, various modules), communication between administrators/teachers/parents, user management, as well as any other module that Nuben LTD may develop in the future.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ekydi.com website, including images, texts, logos, designs and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Nuben LTD and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, distribution or unauthorized use of the site's content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Using the platform does not entail any transfer of intellectual property: the user / the school only has a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use.

Liability

Nuben LTD cannot be held liable for:
