1. Billing principles

Billing is established monthly based on:

• the number of active students registered in at least one module,
• the number of modules used (activities, canteen, communication, etc.),
• a fixed fee according to the size of the institution.

2. Schedule

• ≤ 160 élèves : forfait fixe 140 € / mois + prix unitaire élève par module : 1,20 € / 1,80 € / 2,20 € / 2,40 €
• 161 à 450 élèves : forfait fixe 70 € / mois + prix unitaire élève par module : 0,80 € / 1,40 € / 1,80 € / 2,00 €
• > 450 élèves : forfait fixe 50 € / mois + prix unitaire élève par module : 0,80 € / 1,40 € / 1,80 € / 2,00 €

3. Calculation examples

Example: a school with 300 students uses 2 modules.
→ Fixed fee €70 + (€1.40 × 300 students) = €490.
→ Monthly total: €560.

4. Annual clause

In the event of termination before the end of the school year, the annual billing is due based on the last billed month × the remaining months.
This clause is intended to avoid one-off use (activation for 1 month then termination after registrations).

5. Payment terms

Monthly billing in arrears. Payment by bank transfer within 30 days of invoice date.
Any delay will result in a penalty equal to 3 times the legal interest rate, as well as a fixed indemnity of €40 for collection costs.
